Welcome to McCoon's Maine Coons a TICA registered cattery. We are located in the Beautiful Pacific Northwest just south of Seattle, Washington. We are a small cattery, having only a few litters a year. I have been showing Maine Coons since 2003. Thank you to Clive and Angela Syks for my first male, Rowanridge Black Hawk of McCoon's.  A year later I received my first female, Holdermaines Catera from Marty and Farrell Holderman. It was then I was on my way to breeding our beautiful Maine Coons.  We actively show our cats both in conformation and International Cat Agility Tournaments called ICAT.

Our cats are like our kids, and are raised underfoot being socialized from day one. Our cats are tested for Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) and Hip Dysplasia (HD) to try to produce only sound and healthy Maine Coons to the best of our ability. If there were any evidence of either condition, the cat would be removed from our  breeding program. 

Prior to placing a kitten in their new home     they have a full vet check, have all of their vaccines, and come with a health guarantee. Our health guarantee requires a documented visit to your vet with-in 3 days of the contract. Our kittens are litter box trained, cat post trained, and raised with a lot of confidence. Every person we have placed a kitten with tell us they settled right in like they owned the place.

There is a lot of thought that needs to go into getting a Maine Coon kitten; it is a lifetime commitment. We need to go over a kitten questioner, and to make sure your home is  kitten proof of dangerous plants etc.  We are very particular where our babies new home is going to be and I am sure you can appreciate that.
